The picture says it all…. Rain. It has not rained as hard and as much as it has last Sunday as long as locals can remember. With no drains anywhere on the roads in dubai, the place was a mess, the sand washed off the every roof and onto the ground like falling mud, the roads had massive lakes at every intersection with broken down cars due to not knowing how to handle the conditions. It was pelting down!! Crazy!
